The Lovers Productions, formerly called The Lovers Cabaret, is a BC-based company dedicated to producing vivid dance-focused shows. These compelling narratives combine elements of movement, multimedia, voice, and experiential dance theatre. Founded in 2011 by Vanessa Lalonde, the company is dedicated to empowering directors, choreographers, and performers with the mentorship and resources to bring awe-inspiring visions to life.

Lovers of Zeppelin, which first premiered in 2012 and remounted to sold-out acclaim again in 2015, returns this November for its long awaited Vancouver Island debut. This show is the furthest thing from a tribute concert - it’s a love letter to a moment that changed music forever.
Set against the legendary soundtrack of Led Zeppelin, this cinematic dance theatre experience journeys behind the mythology of rock and roll and into the lives of the people orbiting one of the greatest rock bands in history.
Drawing from real stories, alongside imagined voices of the era, Lovers of Zeppelin explores the electric rise of one of music’s most iconic bands through the eyes of the muses, lovers, wives, artists, dreamers, and groupies who stood just outside the spotlight. From freedom and rebellion to the obsession bordering on religion - Lovers of Zeppelin tours through dance in multiple modalities, immersive multimedia and a score that defined a generation. Come witness for yourself why Zeppelin still reigns and rocks the hearts of so many fans today.
